January & February 2020

General:

January 18th & 19th we will be holding Food Drive. You can drop of your donations (canned foods, pasta, rice, coffee, tea, etc.) at the food pantry located next to the garage (sign is usually posted on collection days).

Rectory will be closed on Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King Holiday. Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, January 21st.

January 25th & 26th – Special collection for earthquake relief for Puerto Rico. We ask that you give generously.

January 26th – St. Matthias Catholic Academy Book Fair – 11AM – 12:30 PM in the auditorium.

Feast of St. Blaise on February 3rd at 8:30 AM in the lower church.

February 26th – Ash Wednesday ( beginning of Lent Season)

Choir

We invite anyone interest in joining the choir:

Practice is every Wednesday.

The choir performs every Sunday at the 11:30 AM English Mass.

Spanish

January 18th – Feast in Honor of Our Lady of Altagracia, patroness of Dominican Republic. Mass at 7PM followed by cultural presentation.

January 24th – 7PM in the upper church – Solemn service of the Word of God featuring the Gospel of St. Matthew. Bring your bible.
