If you or someone you know feeling a calling to this ministry please contact one of our priest or deacons, or email us at office@saintmatthiaschurch.net

Lectors

The proclaiming of the WORD of God is vital to our Parish worship and spiritual growth. Lectors need to have a comfort with public speaking and with the Word of God. Training for this ministry is required and provided by the Diocese.   If you or someone you know feeling a calling to this ministry please contact one of our priest or deacons, or email us at office@saintmatthiaschurch.net

Choir

St. Matthias Church Adult Choir has an active and significant role to play in the worship activities of our parish. The Choir rehearses on Wednesday evenings in the Church. If you are interested in this ministry please contact our Music Director, Steven Frank at stevenfrank@mac.com

Ushers

Ushers serve the parish community at all masses. Their ministry is one of hospitality, they are the first to greet the people and attend to their needs during Mass time. If you feel called to this ministry please contact one of our priest or deacons, or email us at office@saintmatthiaschurch.net

Visiting The Sick

Our Priest, deacons and Eucharistic Ministers visit the sick.
